Returns and Refunds

Items purchased from Magic Crystals can be returned within 14 days of receipt of shipment. The product must be in the same condition in which you received it and must not be damaged in any way.

Processing your return

Upon receipt of your package, it will be inspected to ensure that it has not been damaged or broken. Reimbursement will be made after validation. The refund will be made as soon as possible. You will need to cover the cost of returning the items you wish to return yourself.

 

Non-returnable items

The following types of items cannot be returned:

• Custom-made jewelry
• Jewelry broken by you
• Incomplete jewelry.
• The comforters torn when opening the packaging.
